Financial Assistance

It is the policy of the YMCA to provide services for any person who desires to participate and understands the benefits of the YMCA, regardless of ability to pay the standard membership or program fee. Those not able to pay the fee may be awarded financial assistance based on the individual need and the ability of the YMCA to fund the subsidy. 

How To Apply

Stop by the YMCA and pick up a financial assistance form or download it from this site, fill it out, and return it to the YMCA with the appropriate documentation. 

What's Required

In order to assess the amount of financial assistance needed, please provide the following items:

1. A copy of the last two months pay stubs of anyone working in the household.
2. Proof of any government assistance.
3. A copy of the household's most recent 1040 tax form will be required before any assistance will be provided.
