Class Descriptions
Group Exercise
- MegaBench
- This is a high intensity, challenging step class to raise your heart rate and push your limits.
- Power Pump
- We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar, weights, bands, and balls.
- Yoga
- Revitalize your body and mind by using stretching techniques.
- Boot Camp
- Integrated Strength and Cardio Training: Includes strength, cardio and some core stabilization work.
- SilverSneakers ® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
- This class offers something for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength, flexibility and balance, resulting in your ability to stay healthy and maintain your independence. Your instructor guides you through exercise with resistance tolls at your own pace. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support, stretching and relaxation.
- Zumba ®
- Zumba ® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.
- Spin
- This class uses a stationary bike to help you get a great workout.
- Body Sculpt
- This class incorporates various strength exercises to sculpt your body.
