Youth Fitness
Research shows that regular physical activity in childhood
and adolescence helps build stronger bones and muscles,
control weight, reduce anxiety and stress, increase self
esteem and reduce the risk of premature diseases.
Youth Intro to Strength Training
Youth ages 10-16 can come this summer to the Cybex Room
on Mondays & Wednesdays at 1:00pm.
A staff member will be available at this time to teach
and assist with the equipment.
Youth and Teen Fitness
Certification
This program teaches youth and teens how to properly use
the Cybex and Cardio equipment. Once the orientation is
completed, youth ages 10-12 can work out in these two rooms
with their parents and teens 13-15 can work out on their
own.
