We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar and weights.
Kickboxing
Learn kickboxing techniques while keeping fit.
Yoga
Revitalize your body and mind by using stretching techniques.
Power Yoga
This is a faster paced yoga class. Come check it out!
Cardio Fusion
Integrated Strength and Cardio Training: Includes strength, cardio and some core stabilization work. May conclude with flexibility and stretching to soothing music
