Class Descriptions

MegaBench
This is a high intensity, challenging step class to raise your heart rate and push your limits.
Power Pump
We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar and weights.
Yoga
Revitalize your body and mind by using stretching techniques.
Beach Bodies
This class will combine a variety of routines and push you to your limits to help you get ready for swim suit season.
Combo
Combines different types of aerobic exercise such as step, kickboxing, Zumba and floor aerobics.
Boot Camp
Integrated Strength and Cardio Training: Includes strength, cardio and some core stabilization work. May conclude with flexibility and stretching to soothing music
SilverSneakers ® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
This class offers something for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and can help improve overall strength, flexibility and balance, resulting in your ability to stay healthy and maintain your independence. Your instructor guides you through exercise with resistance tolls at your own pace. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support, stretching and relaxation.
