- High-intensity step combined with effective weight training.
- Senior Aerobics
- Low-impact aerobics and resistance training. What a way to feel better!
- Power Pump
- We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar and weights.
- Kickboxing
- Learn kickboxing techniques while keeping fit.
- Yoga
- Revitalize your body and mind by using stretching techniques.
- Power Yoga
- This is a faster paced yoga class. Come check it out!
- Cardio Fusion
- Integrated Strength and Cardio Training: Includes strength, cardio and some core stabilization work. May conclude with flexibility and stretching to soothing music
