Requirements

  1. All participants must be 16 by the time class ends.
  2. Must have taken CPR Pro, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, and AED.
  3. Swim 500 yards
  4. Tread water for2 min using legs only
  5. Surface dive to thedepth of 9 feet
